CGWS Holds One-Day Symposium on Gender Diversity and Federalism

The Center for Gender and Women Studies, University of Jos held a one-day international symposium on gender diversity and federalism at the Richard Akinjide Faculty of Law Complex at the Naraguta Campus on the 30th of November 2017. The event was aimed at enlightening participants on gender equality as papers were presented on diverse themes ranging from gender, diversity and federalism, federalism and gender in the era of neo-liberal capitalism in Nigeria, federalism and the challenge or restructuring in Nigeria to the participants as the event was witnessed by staff and students of the UniJos.
