LSS WEEK DESCRIBED AS A SUCCESS STORY

All work without play makes Jack a dull boy and as the semester is gradually coming to an end and so many departments and faculties of the University of Jos community are observing their departmental students’ week to engage their students socially and otherwise, the LAW STUDENT SOCIETY (LSS) University of Jos Chapter were not left behind.
The LSS week, which started from the 28th of October and ended on the 2nd of November 2019, was marked in grand style with series of activities ranging from class picture day, free individual shots, group shots, jersey day, football matches, cultural day, movie night, among others, while the Week was brought to an end with hiking on the last day.
   The president of the LSS Jos chapter, Joshua Hamza Westley, in an interview expressed gratitude to God for the success of the Week and thanked his fellow law students for their efforts and participation to make the Week a success story. “Despite the positive comments received as a success story by the LSS, we still believe there is room for improvement as we are looking forward to a more interesting and insightful LSS WEEK come 2020” said the LSS President.
The senator representing the law faculty in person of Senator Useni Usman Gwadabe expressed happiness with the array of events saying they were entertaining and educating. He applauded the efforts of the EXCOs in organizing such and interesting Week.
